Your Privacy Choices
We don't sell or share your personal information. Here's how to control cookies and exercise your US privacy rights.
Manage cookies & analytics
Accept or decline non-essential cookies anytime. We honor GPC signals too.
This page brings your privacy choices and rights together in one place. It supplements our Privacy Policy, including the Notice at Collection.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising — as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA/CPRA"). There are no third-party advertising SDKs in our apps. Because we don't sell or share in this sense, there is nothing to opt out of there — but you can still control cookies and analytics on this website (below) and exercise all of your privacy rights.
Manage cookies & analytics on this site
You can accept or decline the non-essential, cookieless analytics and CRM tracking this website uses at any time. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an automatic opt-out. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
Your California (CCPA/CPRA) rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we collected from you;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what's necessary to provide the Service; and
- Be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.
Your rights in other US states
If you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law in effect, you have similar rights — to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. We honor these rights wherever you live in the United States. If your state provides an appeal right and we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us.
How to submit a request
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@skillstrade.app and tell us which right you'd like to exercise.
We will verify your request before acting on it — usually by confirming you control the account's email address — so that no one else can make choices about your information. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where the law allows; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, with one extension where the law permits; we will tell you if we need more time).
